These reports are available here as PDFs: they are up to 500kb in size.

Up to 2006 and from 2009 on, the date of a report is that of the full year whose data it discusses. For 2007/8 and 2008/9 the date is that of the financial year whose data it discusses. The reports are published about one year after the end of that year, when the pregnancy outcome data is reasonably complete.
